As the Corporate Intuitive, Alison Pothier, is dedicated to creating change in organisational and world consciousness, by investing in inspired leadership – or rather, the inspired leader.   Individuals, through their own consciousness and inspired contribution, create and change culture, create and change the world.  To create a change in culture requires only one person at the top to arrive differently and lead from that place.

In 2008, Alison left her career as a senior female Managing Director in investment banking to establish training programs designed to create change through a much more personal investment in the individual, or rather, the “I” in the organisation. She believes that to lead through inspired contribution is to lead with all that is inspired within us. Alison began working with applied intuition together with the corporate ‘subconscious’, or rather its shadow, to help individuals to arrive differently into their lives and their work.
